    Elvira Dushku

    The Founder

    An experienced sports governance professional with over 16 years of experience in sports administration, institutional development, and international project management.

    Since 2017, she has served as Secretary General of the Kosovo Basketball Federation, leading strategic and organisational transformation through the implementation of modern governance standards, strengthened institutional structures, and increased transparency.

    Her expertise spans sports governance, strategic planning, federation management, EU-funded and international projects, capacity building, safeguarding, and social inclusion in sport.

    She is a graduate of MESGO – Executive Master in Global Sport Governance, one of the world’s leading programmes in sports governance, and has participated in elite international development programmes including the Global Sports Mentoring Program (U.S. Department of State & espnW), FIBA Time-Out, FIBA SWISH, UEFA Strategic Compact Course, and the IOC Advanced Sport Management Course.

    Through Elite Sport Consulting, she brings together international expertise and hands-on leadership experience to help sports organisations build stronger, more sustainable institutions.
